Serves: 2

Ingredients
3 Plums
1 Green onion (thinly sliced)
2 tablespoons Cilantro (finely minced)
1 clove Garlic (finely minced)
1 tablespoon Fresh ginger (finely minced)
1 tablespoon Soy sauce
1/2 pound Ground beef
1/2 of a Red onion (thinly sliced)
1 Summer squash (sliced diagonally)
6 Slider buns
Additional sliced plums
1/4 cup Asian plum sauce
Oil for sauteing
Salt for seasoning
Additional cilantro for topping

Step by Step Instructions
  1. Mince 1/2 cup of plums and prepare the green onions, cilantro, garlic, and ginger.
  2. Gently mix the plums, green onions, cilantro, garlic, ginger, and soy sauce into the ground beef. Form the beef into 6 little patties.
  3. Heat a grill to medium and grill the patties on each side for 6 to 8 minutes on each side.
  4. Saute the red onions with a bit of oil over medium heat until just wilted. Add a bit more oil and the squash. Once the squash is slightly golden, season it and the onion with a bit of salt.
  5. Apply a bit of plum sauce to the inside of each slider bun, then stack the squash, patty, plum slices, and cilantro within them. Serve with plum sauce and sliced plums on the side.
